General planning services for the comprehensive renovation of properties (buildings and pavilions on the site) to be used in future by the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna (MUK).
The historic buildings are intended to provide an inspiring atmosphere for the artistic work and education of students and an adequate location for university work on a university campus (education and events). A particular challenge of the renovation will be the special spatial conditions of the historic architecture and the specific requirements of a music university, especially with regard to space and acoustics.
