21lakes Sattendorf
Embedded in nature and the surrounding area, around 30 holiday flats are being built in Sattendorf on Lake Ossiach with generous open spaces and plenty of privacy as well as green roofs and façades made of wood and natural stone. All underground car parking spaces are designed for electric mobility and the heat comes from a local heating plant fuelled by wood chips and a heat pump.
BWM have positioned three buildings, two of which were parcelled out lengthwise in such a way that the architecture could be subdivided into the customary local scale. The timber of the façade is arranged in different directions (horizontal/vertical) and formats, thus emphasising the different identities of the buildings.
