Healthy, fresh and, of course, handmade – BWM Designers & Architects and bwm retail based their refurbishment concept for Rauch Juice Bar Neubaugasse (Vienna) on Rauch’s tried-and-tested philosophy. Their concept features the yellow / dark green colour combination in line with Rauch’s corporate design and serves as a template for subsequent Juice Bars. The takeaway area and the bar are positioned in the entrance area for customers wanting a quick refreshment. For those who prefer to savour the Juice Bar’s offerings, there is a separate area with cosy seating, a community table, window niches and a Heritage Wall featuring true Rauch rarities.
